oil-less vege !



Ingredients
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
dry red chilies 2 slit
green chilies 2 slit
garlic pearls 8-10 whole or if you don't like whole can be chopped or omit it
curry leaves
onion  1 chopped fine
tomatoes  2 chopped
potatoes  2 cubed
cabbage  1 cup diced
turmeric  pdr. 1/4 tsp
chili pdr.  1/2-1 tsp as per taste
coriander pdr/ 1 tsp
corn flour paste( 1 tsp flour, mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
hing little
 
Method
in a non-stick/ heavy pan, roast mustard seeds, once it crackles, add jeera , once roasted, add chilies,hing, garlic,curry leaves, onion roast with little salt for 2 minutes, then add wee bit water, cook for 2 minutes, add potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage cook till done, add the seasonings, mixed with corn flour paste and little water, add to boiling veges, add more water as per taste. , add 1/2 of dhania, rest  granish on top and serve hot with rice/ roti,
