INGREDIENTS
cashew nuts 3 tbsp soaked and ground along with little sugar to taste
milk 1/2 litre/ 500 ml
palm sugar 1 cup
healthy millets and nuts mix pdr. 2 cups
ghee 1 tbsp
METHOD
mix the first 4 ingredients well, cook on gas / microwave stirring till the mixture gets thick
add ghee at this time,stir well, cook for another 2 minutes, till it gets thick and comes off from the sides of the pan, cool, roll into small balls, out a piece of cashew nut on top and voila ready to eat !
Since I'm getting quite health conscious, so making all healthy dishes, without using the normal refined sugar and all purpose flour. This health mix powder is readily available in the shops, used mainly for making kanji/ porridge ! but now I prefer to use it for making sweets and cakes !
