HEALTHY GLUTEN-FREE DATE HALWA

sorry for the smudged pic, as I forgot to take pic. soon after making it.

INGREDIENTS
dates soaked and ground to a paste 2 cups
palm sugar  1/2 cup
health mix powder  2 cups
water 1/2 cup
ghee 1 tsp
cardamom pdr. 1/2 tsp

METHOD
put all the ingredients in a heavy kadai/ pan, keep stirring till the mixture gets thick and leaves the sides of the pan. Just before taking off, add ghee and cardamom pdr., stir well, remove and serve.
