SABUDANA/ SAGO LADOO



INGREDIENTS
Sago/ sabudana 1 cup
Nuts chopped 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Ghee melted 1-2 tbsp
Cardamom pdr/  ½ tsp

METHOD
Roast sago on low flame till it gets big, remove and cool
In a pan heat ¼ tsp ghee, fry nuts, remove, add coconut in the same pan fry till light brown, remove and cool. Grind all the 3 ingredients with sugar well.  Remove, mix cardamom pdr, add 1 tbsp melted ghee, mix, see if you can roll into a ladoo, if not add some more ghee, and make ladoos.
