INGREDIENTS
Fresh cream 100 ml
Condensed milk 100 ml
Saffron soaked in warm milk 2 tbsp
Custard pdr.( preferably vanilla flavourd)
2 tbsp
Left over cake pieces
Other sweets like peda/ barfi/ gulab jamun/ ladoo or can be anything else
TO SERVE
In small individual bowls, put little cake crumbled, add small pieces of
sweet
Mix well cream, condensed milk, saffron and custard pdr. well with a
blender
Pour the cream mixture over cake mixture in each bowl
Keep these bowls/ glasses in a baking tray, add some water in the tray
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 deg. C for 10-15 minutes, till the pudding
has set
Serve with chopped nuts on top or chocolate/ strawberry syrup on top !
