EASY WAY TO SEPARATE YOLK FROM THE WHITE OF AN EGG

Many recipes say use only yolk or white of an egg. What to do if you don't have an egg-separator, no problem. break the egg carefully, so that the yolk is whole, insert a plastic bottle with a small opening like a juice bottle, over the yolk, and press it on top, with the suction, voila, the yolk flows into the bottle ! your problem is solved without messing your hand to separate, as some do.
