INGREDIENTS
Coconut milk 1 cup
Grated coconut ½ cup
Banana 1 mashed well with 2-3 tbsp of sugar
Nuts chopped 2 tbsp
Raisins 2 tsp
Chocolate pdr. 2 tbsp
Maida / all purpose flr. 1 cup
METHOD
Boil coconut milk with coconut till it coats the back of the spoon
To the mashed banana, add half or more of the coconut mixture, mix well,
adding ½- the nuts ,raisins and flour, mix well, pour into either individual
bowls and one big bowl greased lightly, steam in a pan covered for 15 minutes
or till set.
To the rest of the coconut mixture, heat with chocolate to thicken
To serve, put the pudding, pour some chocolate sauce over it and sprinkle
nuts and raisins.
ps- whenever you keep glasses to break, always put some water in the baking tray and bake, or the glass can break.
