Ingredients (Serves 3)
Sesame seeds – ½ cup
Jaggery – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves ( optional)
Dry red chili – 1
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Instructions
Dry roast sesame seeds until aromatic.
Roast garlic and chili lightly.
Grind all ingredients with water.
Serve with warm rotis.
