Home-made Protein Powder

 Ingredients and Preparations

Pottukadalai / roasted dal 500 gm

Almonds  250 gm

Cashews 250 gm

Peanuts 500 gm

Foxnuts / makhana 100 gm

Roast all well

Saunf 1 tbsp

Cardamom 1 tbsp

Dried dates 100 gm

Cool and powder well, healthy home-made protein powder. Add 1-2 tsp with milk and drink to get protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
