Guacamole is a classic, but you can easily give it a desi upgrade. Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander. Add a pinch of roasted cumin powder for that extra flavour. Serve it with nachos, roti chips, or even as a side with parathas.
