No Grind Crisp Rice Dosa !

Ingredients and Preparations

Rice flour 1 cup

Water 2 cups

Onion 1

Grated carrot 1/4 cup ( optional)

Green chilies 1-2 finely chopped as per taste

Salt to taste

curry leaves finely chopped 1 tsp 

oil to cook 

Batter should be thin, pour batter on hot tawa, keep medium flame, cover and cook for crisp rice dosa
