Avocado and Paneer Spread

 Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

½ cup paneer (crumbled)

2 tbsp hung curd

1–2 green chilies

2–3 garlic cloves

A handful of cilantro OR coriander leaves

Salt & pepper to taste

Chili flakes & oregano (for garnish) 

 

Preparations

Cut the avocado in half.

Remove the seed of the avocado and scoop out the soft flesh using a spoon.

Place it in a blender along with all the above-mentioned ingredients, barring the chili flakes and oregano.

Give it a whiz until it forms a nice, smooth and spreadable consistency.

Spread it on a slice of toast bread, roti, pita, tacos and garnish with some chili flakes for a little kick and oregano.
