 Spicy Ragi Kolakattai

 Ingredients

Ragi flour 1 cup

Water 2 cups

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds ½ tsp

Chana dal 1 tbsp

Urad dal 1 tbsp

Green chilies 1-2 finely chopped

onion 1 finely chopped 

Grated carrot ¼ cup

Grated bottle gourd ¼ cup water squeezed

Preparations 

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, dals, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, onion fry well, add the grated veges, saute for a minute, add water, once it boils, add salt, add the flour stirring well till dry.

Heat water in a steamer, make round kolakkatai, steam for 10-12 minutes, serve hot with chutney.
