In a blender, add the guava, salt,
sugar, chaat masala, lime juice, and mint leaves. Blend into a smooth
paste. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and set aside.
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the
glass. Dip the rim into a mix of salt and chili powder for a tangy kick.
In the prepared glass, add a lime wedge,
mint leaves, and 1 tsp sugar. Muddle gently. Pour in the guava paste.
Add ice cubes and top with club soda or sparkling water.
Stir well and enjoy your refreshing guava cooler.
