Buttermilk Pancakes

 The Best Buttermilk Pancakes 

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 cups buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted 

  • Preparations Preheat the griddle to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Whisk  all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda,  salt, and  granulated sugar together in a large bowl.
  • Add lightly beaten large eggs, buttermilk, and ¼ cup melted unsalted butter and mix until incorporated, but still slightly lumpy.
  • Add about ½ cup of batter to the hot griddle. Once the edges start to set and small bubbles form over the top of the pancake, about 2 minutes, flip it to the other side. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 more minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup or  honey and fresh fruit.
