Ingredients and Preparations
Pdr 1 cup oats
Chop some coriander leaves
Grate 100gm mozzarella cheese
In a bowl add oats pdr, coriander leaves, cheese, break 2 eggs, garlic 1 clove crushed
Mix well, divide into 4 parts
Spread each part in a circle on a butter paper, sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Bake for 15 minutes @ 200c? 4000 F
Enjoy some spread on top
