
After the Holi festival, in case you and the family are tired of eating the gujiyas, turn it into a new dessert along with some bread slices, milk, nuts and raisins .
Turn leftover gujiyas into a rich, warm bread pudding. Crumble them and some bread slices, mix with milk, a pinch of cardamom, and sugar, then bake. Top with nuts or saffron for a festive, comforting dessert twist.
The quantity will depend on the no. of gujiyas left and for how many you're making it.
