Healthy Apple Pizza

 Ingredients and Preparations

 

 Powder 1 cup oats,

Add water 100 ml

Curd 3 tbsp whisk, add to oats mixture

Eggs 2 mix with the oats mixture well

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Sweetener 1 tsp to the mixture, mix well

Peel 2 apples, remove the core, cut into  thin thick slices

Grease a pan with 20 gm butter, add some vanilla extract, mix well

Place the apple rings all around, pour the oats mixture on top, cover and cook for 10 minutes

Turn it upside down, so you can see the apple rings with nice golden colour. 

Remove, cut into pieces and enjoy your sweet pizza
