Ingredients:
Mascarpone - 9 oz. / 28- 29 gm
Meringue - 3.5 oz (lightly crushed) / 100 gm
Strawberries - as needed (quartered)
Preparations
Cream the Mascarpone until steady. Spread the cheese evenly between your cups.
Layer the Meringue bits on top and decorate with strawberries.
