Ragi Cake/ Finger millet Cake- Gluten free

 Ingredients

ragi flour 1 cup
sugar/ jaggery 1/2 cup
coconut oil 1/4 cup
milk 1/4 cup
egg 1
baking pdr 1/4 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
cardamom pdr 1/4 tsp
salt a pinch
chopped nuts 1/4 cup

Preparations.
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Mix all the dry ingredients.
add oil, milk, egg to the dry ingredients to get a smooth batter
add the chopped nuts, pour the batter to the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes
let the cake cool, cut and serve the gluten free cake.
