Ingredients
For pizza dough:
- All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- Instant yeast – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – ¾ tsp
- Olive oil – 1½ tbsp
- Warm water – ¾ cup
For topping:
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Mozzarella cheese – 150 g
- Ricotta cheese – ½ cup
- Dried oregano – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 240–250°C for 15 minutes.
- Stretch the dough and brush it generously with olive oil.
- Scatter garlic evenly.
- Add mozzarella and dollops of ricotta.
- Sprinkle oregano and salt.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
