Moong sprouts stuffed cutlets

 INGREDIENTS

for outer covering

1/2 kg of potato
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil (for frying)

for stuffing
1/2 cup sprouted moong
1 large tbsp grated coconut
1 tsp  green chilies chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala



METHOD


1. Boil potatoes and peel and mash well

2. Soak bread and squeeze it and mix it in potatoes and add salt and make it dough.

3. Heat a pan with little oil add moong cook lightly for 2 minutes, then add lemon juice, chopped green chilies, grated coconut, coriander leaves, garam masala and salt.

4.Take some potato mixture, shape like a cup, put some stuffing, roll it well and flatten to desired shape.

5. Roll the stuffed potato mixture in breadcrumbs well.

6. Fry in medium hot oil till golden on both sides, drain and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
