INGREDIENTS
Milk 1 liter
Saunf / fennel seeds 1 tsp
Khus khus/ poppy seeds 1 tsp
Badam/ almond 12
Cardamom 3
Sugar 2 tbsp
METHOD
Boil milk in a vessel, after it boils for some time, add sugar and let it boil for 5 more minutes
In the meantime soak almonds for 2-3 hours earlier, remove the skin and grind in the mixer till smooth.
Now mix the badam well with the milk mixture and allow it to cool.
Grind the saunf, cardamom and soaked poppy seeds well in the mixer, add to the milk mixture and mix well. Cool the mixture, serve garnish with few chopped nuts and cardamom pdr on top.
