Mango Yogurt Cake - No cream No Maida No bake No Butter

 Ingredients:
1/2 cup mildly roasted Oats
1/2 cup mildly roasted Walnuts & Cashews
5-6 seedless soft Dates
1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil (alternatively Butter can be used)
Pinch of Salt
Hung Curd (hang curd overnight in a muslin cloth)
1 chopped Mango (for mango puree)
1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
Chopped Pistachios and Mango (for garnish)

Method:
In a chopper or mixie, take 1/2 cup mildly roasted Oats
Add 1/2 cup mildly roasted Walnuts & Cashews
Add 5-6 seedless soft Dates
Coarsely grind the mixture
Add 1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
Add a pinch of Salt
Again grind it to combine well
Take this mixture in a square shape container
Make a thin layer by flattening it with a spoon
Keep it aside
Take Hung Curd in a mixing bowl
Take 1 chopped Mango in a mixer jar
Add 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder and grind to make puree
Add this puree to hung curd
Give it a good mix to combine well together
Further to assemble, add chopped Mango in the container
Pour Yoghurt(hung curd) mixture in it and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Take the container out once set and top with chopped Mango and Pistachios
Enjoy Healthy & Mouth Watering Yogurt Mango Cake.
