Mango Tutti Frutti Burfi with Almonds, Pistachios and Edible Rose Petals

 This sweet delight recipe is blended with Mango pulp , Mawa /khoya and Rose preservatives along with additional ingredients to enchanted the taste and texture to the Burfi

INGREDIENTS

 Mango Pulp - 1/2 cup
 Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
 Sweet Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
 Mawa / khoya - 1 cup
 Gulkand- 2 Tablespoons
 Edible rose petals- few
Yellow color optional- pinch
Tutti Frutti - 1 /4 cup


DIRECTIONS 

First take a blender add little milk  and chopped Mangoes blend to smooth pulp mixture.

Take a pan add Mawa fry in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes then add  Mango pulp mixture ,sweet condensed milk cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Then add  coconut powder, Gulkand ( rose preservatives) cook for 5 To 6 minutes until the mixture gets to thick consistency then finally add tutti Frutti and yellow color a pinch mix well cook for 2 minutes.

Lastly grease the pan with ghee drop the Burfi mixture press uniformly with a spatula allow to cool completely then slice the Mango Tutti Frutti Burfi to desired shape.

Keep in the refrigerator.
