Mango Lassi with chia seeds

 INGREDIENTS

chia seeds / sabja seeds soak overnight in the fridge 

mangoes chopped 2 cups

fresh curd 1 cup 

sugar to taste

water

mango slice for garnishing and mint leaves


PREPARATIONS

in a blender add mango, curd, water, sugar and little soaked chia seeds

once well blended, remove

to serve

in the serving glass rim rub some lime juice, then dip the top in a plate spread with pdr sugar to coat it well

pour 2 tbsp of chia seeds down in the glass, add the prepared lassi, add another 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a corner, and garnish with a mango slice and mint leaves on the other side.
