Ingredients
1/4 cup sattu powder
1 cup washed, cleaned & chopped coriander
3 green chilies (spicy variety) or to taste
1/4 onion, chopped
3 garlic flakes
1 inch ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp water
Salt to taste
Method
Wash coriander leaves thoroughly.
Take all the ingredients including sattu powder in a mixer jar. First add 1 tsp water & pulse, then set the consistency of the chutney. Don't make it very thin.
