CHOCOLATE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

Sugar 1 cup

Water as needed

Milk pdr. 1 cup

Cocoa pdr. ½ cup

Drinking chocolate 1 tbsp

NSD pdr.  1 tsp

Ghee melted ½ cup

METHOD

In a bowl, mix well, milk pdr. with cocoa pdr. , drinking chocolate and NSD

Put sugar in a pan, add just enough water to cover it and make 1 string syrup, off gas, add melted ghee, mix well, add the dry ingredients, keep stirring well, till it becomes, slightly thick, remove and cool.

Once cool, roll into desired shapes, some you can roll in colorful balls or vermicelli, or place some balls to show eyes, nose etc, only thing instead of white snowman, you can make a dark brown chocolate snowman !
