INGREDIENTS
Oil 1 tbsp
Mushrooms finely chopped 1 cup
Besan 3 tbsp
Garam masala pdr. ½ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili finely chopped to taste
Chili pdr. to taste
Soya granules soaked 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
Pudina / mint 2 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying
Suji / semolina to coat
METHOD
In a pan, heat oil, fry onion till transparent, add mushrooms fry for 3
minutes, add besan and all the seasonings, mix well and fry for another 3
minutes, add soya granules squeezed well, remove add coriander leaves, chopped mint, mix well,
cool shape in desired form for cutlets, coat in fine semolina, shallow fry till
brown on both sides on medium flame.
