INGREDIENTS
Butter 40 gm
Milk 125 ml
Yeast 2 tsp
Castor sugar 45 gm
Salt pinch
Cinnamon pdr. ½ tsp
All purpose flour /maida 225 gm
For spreading
Butter 40 gm
Cinnamon pdr. ½ tsp
Castor sugar 40 gm
METHOD
Heat butter, add milk, cinnamon pdr., yeast , castor sugar mix well adding
salt.
Remove from gas, add flour little by little, cover and keep till it doubles
in size.
Roll out dough, spread cinnamon-butter mixture evenly all over
Roll it tight, cut into rings and bake at 225 deg.C for 15 minutes.
