INGREDIENTS
Oats 100 gm
Almonds chopped 50 gm
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Chocolate sauce ¼ cup
METHOD
Roast oats for 3 minutes, stirring continuously, remove
Roast chopped almonds in the same pan for 2 minutes, add to oats and cool
Once they’re slightly cool, crush them with your hands and mix well, adding
peanut butter and honey
Roll into small balls, coat half of each ball in chocolate sauce (melt
chocolate in microwave for a minute)
Keep in fridge for 30 minutes to set, store in air-tight box.
Ps- if you prefer, you can coat the whole ball in chocolate sauce too.
