INGREDIENTS
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Onion finely chopped 1 cup
turmeric pdr. ½ tsp
salt to taste
Red chili pdr. to taste
Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
Spinach chopped 2 cups
Cottage cheese ( paneer) grated / mashed 1 cu[
Processed cheese grated ½ cup
METHOD
In a pan heat oil and butter, fry garlic for a minute, then add onion, fry
till light pink
Add the seasonings, fry for a minute, add spinach, mix well, cook on low
flame for 5 minutes
Add paneer, cheese, little water, cook till it boils for a minute
Serve hot with rice, roti, bread.
