INGREDIENTS
Choco-chip biscuits as needed
Melt dark chocolate ½ cup in microwave or double boiler
Dates de-seeded OR
Dried apricots or de-seeded apricots
White chocolate melted ¼ cup
For filling
Mawa / thickened milk 4-5 tbsp
Condensed milk 2 tbsp
Pista / almond/ cashew nut or combo of nuts powdered 2 tbsp
METHOD
Dip biscuits in chocolate sauce and keep in fridge for 30 minutes to set
Dip apricot/ dates in white chocolate sauce and keep in fridge to set
For filling- mix all the ingredients well, spread over biscuit, top with
another biscuit, in some biscuit, keep white chocolate covered dates/ apricot , put little filling
cover with another biscuit and serve
Ps- best, to assemble before serving, by keeping all the things ready, in
the fridge.
