INGREDIENTS
butter 1 tbsp
cabbage shredded 2 cups
onion 1 medium size
tomato peeled & chopped 1 cup
salt & pepper pdr. to taste
lemon juice 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
thick curd well beaten 4 tbsp
mint few sprigs
METHOD
melt butter, add cabbage, onion slices. stir fry for 2 minutes.
add hot water, simmer for 15 minutes.
add tomato pieces, seasoning
simmer for another 15 minutes.
serve with 1 tbsp of curd in each bowl.
put lightly crushed mint on top, serve hot.
