INGREDIENTS
lime juice 1 cup
sugar 1 1/2 tsp
spices
udad dal 1 tsp
fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
red chillies 4-6
oil 2 tsp
salt to taste
METHOD
fry all the above spices in oil, cool & grind them along with lime
juice, salt & sugar to a smooth paste.
