INGREDIENTS
sooji/ rava 2 cups
buttermilk 4 cups
oil 1 cup
green chillies 5
curry leaves few
METHOD
mix suji with buttermilk, salt, chopped green chillies & curry leaves well.
keep the mixture covered for 5 hours.
take a spoonful of the batter, pour over a hot greased skillet, spread little.
trickle little oil, fry it crisp on both sides.
serve hot with milagai podi, chutney of your choice.
