CABBAGE PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS
grated cabbage  2 cups
bengal gram dal    1 cup soaked in water
rice flour  1/2 cup
curd  1 cup
oil as needed
green chillies  5 or to taste
coriander leaves chopped
ginger 1"
salt to taste

METHOD
grind the dal along with ginger, green chillies to a smooth batter, using the water soaked in.
add rice flour, grated cabbage, curds, salt, chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
Heat a tava/ skillet, grease it, pour ladleful of the batter, spread it, trickle oil all around
fry on both sides till crisp or as per taste.

ps- always use the water in which rice or dal is soaked in & also soak in just enough water, as the water soluble nutrients are wasted otherwise.
