ONION 1 LARGE
MAIDA 2 TBSP
SUGAR 1 TSP
BAKING PDR 1/4 TSP
OIL
SALT TO TASTE
CHILLI PDR. OR FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE
METHOD
CHOP ONION, POTATOES INTO SMALL PIECES, MIX WITH FLOUR SALT, BAKING PDR. TO A SMOOTH BATTER.
BEAT THE EGGS, ADD TO THE BATTER, MIX WELL, ADD GREEN CHILLIES/ CHILLI PDR., MIX.
GREASE THE GRIDDLE & PLACE IT ON THE GAS.
SPREAD THE BATTER OVER IT, ADD LITTLE OIL ALL AROUND, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
SERVE HOT, WITH KETCHUP.
