MANGO MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

milk powder  1 tin
mango pulp  1 cup
sugar  4 tbsp
gelatine pdr.  1 tbsp
cold water  1/4 cup
mango jelly packet  1
hot water to dissolve jelly 1 cup
fresh cream  1/2 cup
custard pdr  1 tbsp

Method
dissolve gelatine in cold water.
dissolve jelly in hot water.
put jelly mixture, gelatine, milk pdr., sugar, mango puree & custard pdr. together in a blender.
blend for 2 minutes.
chill till firm in a freezer for about 6-8 hours.
decorate with mango slices.
