INGREDIENTS
mushrooms 200 gm
onion 100 gm
ginger 15 gm
garlic 3 pearls
tomato 50 gm
green chillies 5
turmeric pdr 1/8 tsp
cumin seed 1/4 tsp
fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp
oil as needed
water little
salt to taste
METHOD
chop ginger, garlic & onion finely.
slice mushrooms
heat oil, add cumin, once it splutters, add onion, fry till light golden brown.
add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric & fry till oil separates.
add chopped tomatoes, fry.
lastly add mushrooms, salt, sprinkle little water, cook for 5 minutes.
garnish with coriander leaves .
serve hot with roti, bread, nan, or rice too.
