INGREDIENTS
mushrooms 100 gm
eggs 3
butter 10 gm
onion 2 big or 100 gm
tomato 1 big or 50 gm
fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp
green chillies cut fine 3
oil as needed
salt to taste
METHOD
beat eggs, add green chillies & coriander leaves.
chop onion & sauté in butter, add mushroom, sauté for few minutes & keep aside.
make the egg omelette, with tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves. place the mushroom in the centre, fold in half, turn & cook on both sides on slow flame. serve hot.
