INGREDIENTS
soya beans 1 cup
corn sprouts 1 cup
celery sliced 1 cup
capsicum 1/2 cup
oil 2 tsp
vinegar 2 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
steam soya beans.
In a bowl, add torn celery leaves, chopped capsicum, sprouts along with soy beans.
prepare salad dressing by whisking oil, vinegar, salt & pepper to taste.
pour the dressing on the beans, marinate for 10 minutes.
serve chilled.
