cherries, black currants, guava, broccoli, parsley, tomato purée, green peppers, grapes, millets, oats, wheat germ, buck wheat, melon, papaya, lettuce, cauliflower, banana, mushroom, ginger, garlic, mustard greens.

These help to produce anti-stress hormone.
