INGREDIENTS
medium ripe tomatoes 6
besan 2 cups
water 1 1/2 cups
oil
green chillies 5 or to taste
coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
salt to taste
METHOD
cut tomatoes into small pieces.
mix it with besan, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, add water to make a smooth batter.
heat a skillet, grease it, pour spoonful of batter, trickle oil all around it, fry on both sides till it becomes light brown.
serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
