The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook. Many fruit cake recipes mention all spice, as one of the ingredients. Wonder what is it?
Answer - All spice is a flavour made from the outer covering of a berry. Since it is not commonly available in India, you can use substitute- i.e. a mixture of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove powders !
