A spring smoothie for... weight loss

Ingredients:

  • 15g F45 Fuel vanilla protein powder
  • 15g dry rolled oats
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 5g peanut butter
  • 280ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
