A spring smoothie for... de-stressing

 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp (26g) vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 35g avocado
  • 200ml coconut milk (carton)
  • 50ml coconut cream (canned)
  • 1 cup (30g) baby spinach leaves
  • 15g cashew butter
  • 1 tsp stevia

Don't let this smoothie's rich and creamy deliciousness fool you — it's still low in sugar and packed with nutrients that all work to boost energy and fight stress.
