INGREDIENTS
bitter chocolate 4 squares
icing sugar 1 cup
butter 1 tbsp
ream 1 cup
vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
METHOD
put a small pan over a large pan of boiling water. ( Or you can microwave it for a 30-40 seconds)
in the small pan put chocolate and butter
when the chocolate melts, remove from fire and add the icing sugar, cream and vanilla
return to direct heat on stove but keep the heat low and cook till mixture reaches boiling point.
reduce heat and continue to cook till it thickens.
serve hot with chocolate pudding.
