- 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (you can have more or less dependent on your taste)
- You’ll need a glass jar preferably with a handle
- water 1/4 cup
- unflavoured gelatin 1 tsp
- cream of tartar 1 tsp
- You’ll need a tall bowl, ice cubes, spoon and an electric hand blender with a whisk attachment.
Instructions
you need to dissolve gelatin in water and wait for about 2 minutes, once it is dissolved, heat it for 2 minutes so that all granules are completely dissolved. As it cools down, in a bowl, mix cream of tartar with little cream well, so that no lumps are there.
Then pour the cream in a big bowl in which you can use whipper blades. Add cream as you whip, also add gelatin and sugar. once it forms a nice peak, stop whipping. This can be used on your desserts. You can also store it in the fridge in an airtight container for a week, it will hold good.
