Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 3 tablespoons agave nectar
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• Salt
Directions
1. Pour the canola oil and 2-3
popcorn kernels into a large pot with a tight-fitting lid. Place over a
high heat, and when the kernels pop, add the remaining kernels and move
the pan around over the heat until all the popcorn has popped.
2. In a small bowl, mix the agave nectar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour this
mixture over the popcorn in the pan and toss with a wooden spoon.
3. Lay the popcorn out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375
degrees Fahrenheit oven (190 degree Celsius) oven for 10 minutes.
